Sure we sucked as all teen bands do. There were only two people in the whole band who listened to punk so it never really worked. We came out with a baaaad tape named Pancake Style. The recording on it was worse than 8-track. Yes, we played at a few parties and such. I'm sure you guys had experianced the same lack of attention we did. Anyways we put on a damn good live show one night. We also had quite a few sympathy fans who felt sorry for us. Anyways write me mail or something and tell me some good stories from your band. | Comments | Hey guys, my name is Kristie, and I am apart of 3 different bands. 2 in which have c.d.'s out, and one in which we are still working on. I am a female, that is 16 years old that sings for one band called Psychonphancy, sings for another called Dwarf Grinder, and I am currently singing and playing a Cort electric guitar in a band called Red Rum. Being curious as to what other bands are out there such as ourselves, I came across you guys in a conversation with our manager from "Horizon Productions" at Oblivian Studios, Maryland. He had told us a couple links to look at in attempt to look for a couple of so-called "garage-bands" to maybe e-mail and offer recording opportunities, if we found you to be good enough. I of course am not going to pass up the opportunity to let other bands know that there is a chance out there if you wanted one to become serious about your band. I have been there, 3 years ago, and from then on produced three wonderful bands in which I am the only female included. In one of the bands Psycophancy, I am one of 2 singers, the other is Bill Hassleburger who also does the lead-rhythem-acoustic, and bass guitars, as well as the synthesizer. Tim Miller is our drums and percussion in which we have a 16-piece drum-set and several percussion instruments. And Finally Rod Williams who is the lead-rhythem in guitars. With this band we have 2 albums out, one called "Symphonies for Autumn Skies" in which we include such song titles as "Cemetary Snowfall", and "Drown in her Flesh" . Another album we just recently released is called "Suspiria" in which we have a song title named after the album and (for example) another song called "Her Passion". We have succesfully competed in several battle of the bands competitons and have ALWAYS won., and have also had offers from major company's, but we currently have to hold off on that for my educational purposes and the fact that Bill has moved to Portugal for one year (but will be coming back once a month to help out). My other bands also have c.d.'s out, and like I said before our manager has asked me to contact you guys to ask how serious you guys are about your band.
